Medicare Part D

Because of federal guidelines, seniors who use Medicare Part D plans are not eligible for the Savings Card, but they can access their monthly prescription of Tresiba® for $35 through the Senior Savings Model program.

Medicare Part D plans that participate in the Senior Savings Model program offer seniors predictable, stable co‑payments for insulin and help save money on their insulin costs. To find and enroll in a Medicare plan that participates in the Senior Savings Model program, call 1-800-MEDICARE or visit the Medicare Plan Finder.
