NovoLog® Mix 70/30 is typically taken twice a day; however, some adults take NovoLog® Mix 70/30 just once a day. NovoLog® Mix 70/30 comes in a variety of delivery options to meet your needs, including the NovoLog® FlexPen® and a vial.
Taking NovoLog® Mix 70/30

- Prefilled with 300 units of NovoLog® 70/30 fast-acting insulin analog
- Adjustable in 1-unit dosing amounts from 1 to 60 units of insulin
Storage for NovoLog® Mix 70/30 FlexPen® and 10-mL vial

Storage before use
- Store unused NovoLog® Mix 70/30 FlexPens® and vials in room temperature up to 86°F for up to 14 days for pens and 28 days for vials
- Store unused NovoLog® Mix 70/30 vials in refrigerator at 36°F to 46°F until expiration. FlexPens® should not be refrigerated

Storage after use
- Keep at room temperature (below 86oF) or refrigerated for up to 28 days for vials and 14 days for pens
- Keep away from direct heat and light
- Dispose after 14 days for pens and 28 days for vials, even if there is insulin left in the pen or vial
